At Empower U Training Inc., we believe training should be both accessible and impactful. That’s why our pricing structure is designed to meet the needs of individuals, families, schools, and businesses—while reflecting the value of live, interactive lessons led by trained instructors.

Life Skills & Cassie Classes (Individual Programs)

• Short Course (6–8 lessons): $250 – $400 per participant

• Standard Course (10–12 lessons): $450 – $600 per participant

• Extended Course (15–20 lessons): $650 – $900 per participant

Employee Training & Development (Organizations)

• Onboarding & Compliance Sessions: $500 – $1,200 per session (up to 20 employees)

• Skills Development Workshops: $750 – $1,500 per half-day training

• Leadership & Advancement Programs: Custom pricing available based on scope and goals

Sliding Scale for Schools & Nonprofits

We recognize that budgets vary, especially for schools, nonprofits, and organizations serving youth or underserved communities. To ensure access, we offer sliding scale pricing and scholarship opportunities where possible, supported through grants, sponsorships, and community partnerships.

This allows us to deliver impactful training while ensuring cost is never a barrier to learning.

NOTE: Travel Fee & Class Size: To keep our services fair and accessible, we add a small travel fee for in-person trainings held more than 15 miles from the 90431 zip code. Travel is calculated both ways, per day, at $0.65 per mile (or a flat fee agreed in advance). For classes with more than 8 students, an additional instructor will be provided to ensure personal attention and quality learning, with associated costs included in the program fee.
